Vivanova Studio Terms & Conditions
At Vivanova Studio, we believe in transparency and smooth collaboration throughout your custom and semi-custom design experience. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review the following terms and conditions that guide our process, timelines, revisions, and responsibilities.

Payment & Deposit Policy
• A 50% deposit is required to begin design work. Clients also have the option to pay in full upfront.
• Payment plans are available upon request and must be arranged before the project begins.
• The deposit is non-refundable.
• If the project is canceled after the deposit is paid, the deposit is retained. Any work completed up to that point must be paid in full.
• Late payments may delay production and delivery.
• All remaining balances must be paid before final files are delivered or sent to print.

Timeline & Workflow
• Client will receive a Design Kick-Off Hub (Google Document) to submit all written content for the invitation, Party Favors, Website, etc.
• The client is responsible for reviewing and confirming all information in the document. A checkmark approval is required before moving forward to print production.
• Milestone timelines may shift due to client revisions, approvals, and production schedules.
• All design work (web and print) must be reviewed and approved before moving to the next phase.
• Any additional changes or add-ons requested after approval may result in extra charges and revised timelines.

Revision Policy
• Two rounds of revisions are included.
• Additional revisions will incur a $30 minimum charge, depending on the scope of the change or addition.
• To help streamline the process, please submit all requested changes together in one email when possible. All attached files and information can be emailed to us at hello@vivanovastudio.com

Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for providing accurate event details, names, dates, and delivery information in a timely manner.

Photo Quality (for Print and Digital)
To ensure your design looks polished and professional, please provide high-resolution photos for any print or digital materials. The best results come from using the original, uncompressed image files—typically straight from your phone or camera (not screenshots or social media downloads).
• Minimum recommended resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch) for print.
• File types accepted: JPG, PNG, PDF, or TIFF.
• Avoid sending blurry, pixelated, or low-quality images as they may print poorly or appear distorted.
• If a photo does not meet quality standards, we’ll notify you before proceeding with design or production.

Portfolio Usage & Promotional Rights
Vivanova Studio reserves the right to share completed work—including invitations, party favors, engravings, signage, and website designs—for promotional purposes after your event date has passed. This may include posting photos or videos of the final product, behind-the-scenes process shots, and in-progress design previews on our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
We take care to share only work that is respectful and representative of our brand and your event. If you have any privacy concerns or would like to opt out of specific types of sharing, please let us know before the project begins.

Studio Availability
• Vivanova Studio is available during the following hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday — 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM PST
• Messages or updates received outside of these hours will be responded to on the next business day.
