Vivanova Studio Return Policy

At Vivanova Studio, we take great pride in creating custom invitations and event stationery that are as stunning as your celebration. Every order is carefully crafted with attention to detail, quality, and design. While all sales are final due to the personalized nature of our products, we understand that rare issues may arise. In such cases, we’re happy to review return requests that meet the following criteria:

• Return & Issue Guidelines

• Mistaken Orders
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within three (3) business days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will issue a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• Product Condition

Returned items must be in unused, original condition. You're welcome to inspect your order, but products must be free of damage, markings, or signs of use to be eligible for return.

​

• Shipping Damage

We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping. Any claims regarding shipping-related damage must be filed directly with the carrier, as they are responsible for mishandling in transit. We recommend keeping all packaging and photographing any damage for your claim.

• Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for any approved returns.

• Product Color Disclaimer

Please note that the appearance of colors may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions such as natural sunlight, indoor lighting, and bulb temperature (ranging from warm/yellow tones to cool/blue tones).

 

Additionally, colors may display differently across various computer screens and mobile devices due to individual monitor settings.

This is especially true for glitter cardstock, colored cardstock, ribbons, colored acrylics, and mirror acrylics, which can show different tones or reflections depending on lighting and angle. We make every effort to display these variations clearly in the product image slides so you can view the closest possible representation before purchase.

We do our best to photograph and edit product images to reflect their true-to-life colors, but slight variations may occur. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that minor color differences are not considered defects.

• Color Variations

Please note that slight color differences may occur due to screen variations and the custom printing process. Colors may not exactly match digital proofs or previously printed materials. Returns will not be accepted based on color discrepancies.

We quality-check every order before it leaves our studio. If there’s an issue, we want to make it right—just reach out to us promptly so we can assist you.
