We send our proposal, and once approved, a payment plan secures your spot to kick off the design process. We’ll provide a client kickoff PDF with all the project details and timeline, ensuring clear communication and keeping everything on track for your event.

Based on our discovery meeting, we create three moodboard concepts to explore your vision. From there, we refine the direction, starting with quick sketches and working toward a polished, finalized version that's fully vectorized and ready for any use.

The design concepts will always need to be approved before moving forward. At this stage, we fine-tune the vectorized design, addressing any final revisions. Your approval is essential to move forward—once finalized, no changes can delay the printing and production timeline. Timely feedback ensures we stay on track and meet the original deadline.

Once your designs are approved, we’ll get confirmation and move to the production phase. From there, everything gets printed, laser-cut, and digitized—ready for either print and web use.

We’ll deliver your final project—whether physical or digital. Your physical items will be shipped, while we securely transfer the digital files for your records. This ensures you have everything you need to bring your vision to life and keep it for the future.
