Vivanova Studio Shipping Policy

Vivanova Studio creates custom invitations and event goods with love and intention. Here’s what to expect for shipping, production, and local pickup.

​

• Production Timeline

• Each Vivanova Studio order is custom-made with care. Once you give us the green light by replying “Approved” on your final design, your project moves into production with our trusted partnered print shop(s).
• Production typically takes 3 to 4 weeks from your approval date.

• Once your order is ready, we’ll send you an email to confirm it’s complete and on its way to you (or ready for local pickup).

• Shipping Method

•We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail to get your package to its destination safely and efficiently.
• Typical USPS Priority Mail delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the care of USPS. Vivanova Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once shipped.

• Shipping Damage

• We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping. Any claims regarding shipping-related damage must be filed directly with the carrier, as they are responsible for mishandling in transit. We recommend keeping all packaging and photographing any damage for your claim.

• Delivery Policy

• We do not offer delivery of individual invitations, stationery, or party favors to your guests or third-party recipients.
• All orders are shipped directly to you (the buyer) only. This ensures everything stays organized and arrives as intended.

• Local Pickup – Orange County, CA

• If you're based in or around Orange County, we offer free local pickup! We’re located in Santa Ana, near the Santa Ana Zoo.
• Once your item is complete, we’ll email you to coordinate pickup and provide our exact address.

• Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance with your preferred pickup date and time so we can prepare your order and confirm availability.
